Relaxing atmosphere with frequent wildlife sightings (cottontail rabbits, deer, Barred owls & Cooper’s hawks)
The backyard is not yet renovated, but it is mowed and available for use if needed

A Few Things to Note

There is a locked, soundproofed door in the hallway between the two sides of the duplex for both your privacy and ours
While we took extra steps during renovations to limit noise transfer, you may occasionally hear our two little ones before and after school—we do our best to keep things quiet!
My wife, our two children, and I live on the other side, and you’ll likely see us coming and going as we keep up with our busy little family. We’re always happy to help however we can!
